About

Ngu (Ronald) Nguasa'ah was a fun loving, cheerful, very funny, and amazing man who loved Jesus! He lit up any room that he stepped into. He also loved soccer and great African food. He was pursuing a medical degree at Saint James School of Medicine and was preparing to graduate from basic sciences in mid-April. Unfortunately tragedy struck.
On March 31, 2013 Ngu (Ronald) Nguasa'ah was involved in a tragic kayaking accident in Bonaire. Although he was pulled out of the water, and rushed to the hospital, he passed away the morning of April 1st, 2013. Ronald was a dear son, brother and friend, whose presence touched many lives. He was loved and cherished by many and the memories, laughs, and precious moments will forever be held in our hearts.

Please help us send Ronald home to his family. He currently rests at Consuelo Memorial in Bonaire and would like to send him home on Friday April 5th to Maryland. We are currently raising money to cover Ronald's hospital bills, transportation and funeral costs which have been estimated to cost over 15 thousand dollars. Please help in any way that you can. Thank you so much for your love and support.

As a student body, and as his friends, we will be sharing stories from Ron's life here as well as giving updates on the fundraising. Please keep in mind time is of the essences now. School will very soon be out for us. We'll all be leaving the island and furthering our education elsewhere and we do not want to leave Ron behind. Please share his story, this page, and the donation link as well. Each donation gets a mother and now only son closer to getting closure with a beloved brother, son, and friend.
